University students going to study in different countries receive education about their fields in these countries, as well as learn the history, culture and eating habits of that country. While these students try to maintain their own eating habits, they may also have difficulties in adapting to the nutrition culture of the country when they stay. This study was conducted to determine the assessments of international students, attending Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University about the culture and habits of Kyrgyz Cuisine. Through the questionnaire form prepared, different questions were asked about the frequency of consuming food and drinks belonging to the Kyrgyz Cuisine and the likes of that food and drinks belonging to the Kyrgyz cuisine. Differences in arithmetic averages were obtained for students' liking of food and drink belonging to Kyrgyz Cuisine and their frequency of use. As a result of the Anova Test, statistically, significant differences were found between countries.
