Gastronomy tours and routes are used as a tool to transform the richness of the destinations in question, which stand out with their various regional products, into tourist attractions. The study aims to examine the 3 A Taste Zone project, which is introduced as a new gastronomy tour route in gastronomic tourism. For this purpose, the study was carried out through the sample of Çukurova Hoteliers Association Chairman presenting the 3 A Taste Zone project proposal. Data were obtained through ÇUKTOB president responses to open-ended questions which were e-mailed in January 2020. Data were subjected to descriptive analysis. As a result of the study, it was determined that the 3 A Taste Zone project is designed as a touristic product that highlights the regional cuisines of the destinations (Adana-Antep-Antakya) which are prominent with their tastes in the general sense and physically close to each other and other gastronomic attractions of these destinations. The study concludes with a suggestion to open a “3 A Taste Route Map” website that will be published in various languages in order to promote and highlight the 3 A Taste Zone and to continuously update the website.
