Today, one of the important issues of contemporary social policies is the gathering of disabled individuals. It is up to all members of the society to make disabled people a part of the business life according to their disability, abilities and interests rather than living dependent on the state and other people. This is a study that aims to evaluate the performance of individuals with down syndrome working in a lower cage by businesses. To research the sample of 28 food and beverage businesses to participate in the study from 31 food and beverage businesses that have conducted between September 2019 and January 2020 and provide services for the research of individuals with down syndrome in our country. Working Holding; It was found that people with mild and moderate disabilities were satisfied with their performance (p <0.001) and social communication levels (p <0.001) in the workplace, and severely and severely disabled individuals were unstable (p <0.05) or dissatisfied with their performance satisfaction. About the research; In line with the aim of increasing advertising in the food and beverage sector with down syndrome working in the lower cage, and to encourage catering businesses for this.
