In this study, the effect of leader-member exchange on job satisfaction and organizational identification was examined, and the mediating role of job satisfaction between leader-member exchange and organizational identification was tested. The research was carried out with the participation of 316 employees of 4 hotels with 5-stars operating in Ankara. The datas were obtained with survey method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that leader member exchange positively affected job satisfaction and organizational identification and also job satisfaction plays a role as a mediating variable between leadermember exchange and organizational identification
