In this study, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between organizational identification, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Research data were obtained from 708 people working in three five-star hotels. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that there was a positive correlation between organizational identification, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. According to the results of the regression analysis, it is seen that organizational identification has a significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Accordingly, the organizational commitment and job satisfaction levels of the hotel employees will increase if the perception of organizational identification increases. At the same time, it can be stated that if the level of organizational commitment increases, job satisfaction levels will increase. In addition, research findings show that organizational commitment has a partial mediating effect on the effect of organizational identification on job satisfaction in hotel employees.
