In this research, secondary planning was prepared by examining the measurement models for service quality in recreational activities. Within the scope of the research, mainly the ISI Web of Science index and the index in the category of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism (Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism) were scanned and the recreational service quality studies were examined. In the studies examined; In recent years, it has been determined that there is a significant increase in the quality of recreational service quality, it is mostly composed of quantitative studies, the most American is selected as the place of application and the SERVQUAL scale is used the most.
