Paylaşım Ekonomisinde Yasal Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri: Airbnb Örneği (Legal Issues in Sharing Economy and Solution Proposals: Airbnb Case)

Son beş yılda yapılan paylaşım ekonomisi araştırmaları kavramsal ve teorik dinamikler, stratejik ve ekonomik çıkarımlar, motive ediciler ve sağlayıcılar, insanlar, gezegen ve ekonomi üzerindeki etkilere odaklanmış olup bunu değerlendirmek için analitik çerçeveler önermiştir. Fakat paylaşım ekonomisi uygulamalarından Airbnb için yerel yönetimler tarafından yapılan düzenlemeler hakkında henüz yeterli sayıda çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı paylaşım ekonomisi uygulamalarının en önemli uygulamalarından biri olarak kabul edilen Airbnb ile hükümetler ve yerel yasa koyucular arasındaki ilişkilere odaklanarak var olan gri alanların çözümlenememesi sonucunda yaşanan sorunlar ve bu sorunlara şehirlerin ne gibi önlemler aldığını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Dünya’daki önemli turizm destinasyonları olarak kabul edilen şehirlerde yapılan düzenlemeler ele alınmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise şehirler bazında yapılan düzenlemeler bir araya getirilmiş ve toplu bir bakış açısı sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.
