Young People’s Knowledge Level of Plants With Healing Capabilities

Abstract

This research has been designed to determine Gazi University Tourism Faculty students’
knowledge level of plants with healing capabilities. The research was put into practice
using survey technique to Gazi University Tourism Faculty Students. The research data
has been analyzed by transferring data to SPSS 17.0 Statistical Package Program.
Categorical variables have been presented as numbers and percentages. Analysis was done
to determine student’s knowledge level of plants with healing capabilities based on
gender, their department and class using chi-square test. In every analysis, the level of
statistical significance has been accepted as (p<0.05).
