In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of the changes caused by the Covid-19 epidemic on consumer behavior on food and beverage businesses. The fact that consumers keep up with the "new normal" living conditions has the potential to affect the food and beverage industry. It is importance to ensure the sustainability of businesses operating in the food and beverage sector and to understand these changes for businesses that will enter the sector. Online interview forms were used as data collection tool. The research group consists of participants working in chief positions. Content analysis and descriptive analysis methods were used in the analysis of the data. In the research findings; It has been determined that the online order rates of restaurants increased during the epidemic, strategies were developed for products with health claims on the menus, and emphasis on food safety, food quality and hygiene to reduce the psychological effects of the epidemic on consumers gained importance. It is thought that the results of the research will be a guide for the enterprises operating in the sector and the enterprises that will enter the sector.
