Leadership perceptions of the employees were measured through the CEO leadership scale, which is considered as five dimensions: employee- oriented, visionary, relationship-oriented, risk-taking and control-oriented. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that each leadership behavior had a significant negative effect on social loafing behavior. Leadership behavior, which has the most effect on social loafing, is control-oriented leadership behavior.
