A menu is a list of food and beverages offered to customers. Also expressed as a menu card, the menu concept is not only a list of food and beverages, and their prices, but also an important marketing tool reflecting the image of businesses and influencing customer preferences. Put differently, it is a promotional tool for businesses; therefore, the design, cleanliness, and use of menus offered in food and beverage businesses are very important. Various technologies are used to satisfy consumer expectations, ensure satisfaction and increase productivity in labor-intensive food and beverage businesses. Today, various alternatives to the traditional menu cards in which food and beverages are placed sequentially have emerged with advances in technology. The use of various technologies in menus has gained importance, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic. Taking orders via QR codes or e-tablets instead of the traditional menu cards might increase customer satisfaction and put the business in an advantageous position against its competitors. It is also very important in terms of increasing business performance. To this end, this study aimed to determine the views of consumers about e-tablet menus and QR code applications used in food and beverage businesses. Based on the data collection instruments employed in previous studies, the data were collected online through a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 20 and Jamovi 1.6.9.0. programs.
