In this study, it is aimed to determine the effects of the perception of the workaholism who is working in managerial positions, on the work family conflict. For this purpose, a survey was carried out in August and September 2018 to 58 managers and owner working accomodatioan business management operating in Nevşehir province. In this study, multiple regression analysis was performed to investigate the effect of business organization perceptions of business managers on the family conflict. As a result of this study, there were significant positive relationships between workaholism perception and work-family conflict.
