The aim of this study is to determine whether there are significant differences between the attitudes of Baby Boomer, X and Y generations towards slow tourism. Also, it was investigated whether there are significant differences between the travel behaviors of these generations. In the scope of the research, questionnaires were conducted to people residing in Eskişehir. A total of 391 questionnaires were included in the analysis. According to the results of the chi-square test performed to determine the significant differences between the travel behaviors of Baby Boomer, X and Y generations, it was concluded that there is a difference in terms of the number of days stayed and the number of people travelling together. As a result of the factor analysis, a five-factor structure emerged namely environment, locality, slowness, local economy and time. Whether there is a significant difference between the attitudes of Baby Boomer, X and Y generations towards the factor dimensions of slow tourism was examined by One-way ANOVA. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there is a significant difference between the attitudes of the generations towards the environment, locality, slowness and local economy dimensions of slow tourism. There is no significant difference for the time dimension. Based on the findings of the research, practitioners and hospitality managers who try to market their destinations by revealing the phenomenon of slow tourism will be able to create a marketing mix, taking into account the different characteristics of the generations that tend to slow tourism.
