Career adaptability defines the basic skills that individuals need in their decision-making processes regarding their work life and career. It is considered as a bridge between career development and social and psychological adaptation. This study aims to determine the effect of career adaptability on the happiness levels of undergraduate tourism students. For this purpose, a survey was created using the Career Adaptability and Happiness scales. Face-to-face surveys were collected from Kırklareli Tourism Faculty students between January-February-March 2025 using the collection technique. 360 students participated in the study. The study results show that students' career adaptability affects their happiness levels. It was determined that female students are more focused on career adaptability compared to male students. In addition, no significant difference was found in the level of happiness.
