Abstract

Tourism businesses are labor-intensive businesses. For this reason, human resources have an important place in tourism enterprises. Because the most important factor that distinguishes tourism businesses from competing businesses is their qualified human resources. In this direction, a research model was created. Hypotheses were formed within the scope of the research model. The questionnaire form, which was created using the convenience sampling method, was applied to the participants. The obtained data were analyzed using the process macro application. As a result of the analysis, the mediator effect of the education and development variable and the moderator effect of the organizational cynicism variable were determined on the effect of the quality of work life variable on job satisfaction and employee performance. However, although the effect of education and development variable on the effect of the variable of work life quality on employee performance, it was determined that the said effect was not significant.
