Öz

Bu derleme, 2017–2025 döneminde yayımlanan uluslararası sağlık turizmi alanyazınını COVID-19'un sektörel etkileri, kayıt dışılık–akreditasyon–aracı ekosistemi ve itibar yönetimi–eWOM–destinasyon imajı eksenlerinde sistematik olarak sentezlemeyi, bu üç eksen arasındaki kesişimleri haritalamayı ve bütünleşik tasarım boşluğunu ampirik olarak ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. 15 Eylül 2025'e kadar Web of Science, Scopus ve PubMed veri tabanlarında yürütülen taramada 724 kayıt saptanmış, PRISMA 2020 kılavuzu izlenerek 214 çalışma derlemeye dâhil edilmiştir. Kanıt tabanına anket temelli nicel araştırmalar, nitel çalışmalar ve metin madenciliği/eWOM analizleri hâkimdir. Tematik dağılımda itibar ve eWOM baskındır (132 çalışma); COVID-19 etkilerine ilişkin alanyazın hızla büyümüş (70 çalışma), akreditasyon ve aracı kurum dinamiklerine odaklanan araştırmalar ise sınırlı kalmıştır (47 çalışma). Üç temayı birlikte ele alan tek bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bulgular, kriz ve risk iletişimi ile hijyen protokollerinin destinasyon imajı ve seyahat niyeti üzerinde belirleyici olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Derleme; akreditasyon şeffaflığının güçlendirilmesi, aracıların düzenlenmesi, komplikasyon verilerinin raporlanması ve çok dilli risk iletişimi önerilerini sunmakta, çok kaynaklı ve nedensel tasarımlara duyulan gereksinime işaret etmektedir.
