Spiritüel Turizm Araştırma Eğilimlerinin Bibliyometrik Analizi (Bibliometric Analysis of Spiritual Tourism Research Trends)

Bu çalışma, spiritüel turizm alanında üretilen araştırmaların gelişimini, öne çıkan eğilimlerini ve literatürün genel yapısını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection veri tabanında 1992–2025 yılları arasında yayımlanan 259 çalışma bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Analiz kapsamında yayınların yıllara göre dağılımı, araştırma alanları, yayın türleri, yazarlar, ülkeler, kurumlar, anahtar sözcükler ve atıf ilişkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, spiritüel turizmin uzun yıllar sınırlı ilgi gören bir konu olduğunu, ancak özellikle 2010 sonrasında belirgin bir ivme kazandığını göstermektedir. Çalışmaların büyük ölçüde turizm alanında yoğunlaştığı görülmekle birlikte, din, beşerî bilimler ve yönetim gibi farklı disiplinlerin de literatüre katkı sunduğu belirlenmiştir. Anahtar sözcük ve atıf analizleri, spiritüel turizm araştırmalarının başlangıçta dini turizm ve hac temaları etrafında şekillendiğini, son yıllarda ise iyi oluş, anlam arayışı, kişisel dönüşüm ve doğa temelli deneyimler gibi konularla daha geniş bir çerçevede ele alındığını ortaya koymaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, spiritüel turizmin yalnızca inanç temelli seyahatlerle sınırlı bir olgu olmadığını; bireylerin kendilerini yenileme, yaşamlarına anlam katma ve farklı deneyimler arayışlarıyla da yakından ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
