Dijitalleştirilmiş Yemek Alanları, Mekân Algısı ve Tüketim Davranışı (Digitized Dining Spaces, Perception of Space and Consumption Behavior)

Restoranlarda dijitalleşen yemek ortamları, geleneksel atmosfer anlayışını dönüştürerek tüketici deneyiminde yeni bir boyut açmaktadır. Pragmatik yapılandırmacılık ilkesini benimseyen bu kuramsal çalışmanın amacı; artırılmış gerçeklik, sanal gerçeklik ve telematik deneyimler gibi dijital çevresel uyaranların tüketicilerin mekânsal algıları ve davranışları üzerindeki etkilerini teorik bir çerçevede açıklamaktır. Çalışma kapsamında SPIDER modeli rehberliğinde; Web of Science, ScienceDirect ve Google Akademik veri tabanları üzerinden yapılandırılmış bir literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Literatürden elde edilen kavramsal içgörülerin sentezlenmesi sonucunda; dijital müdahalelerin mekânsal algıyı bilişsel ve duygusal düzeyde etkileyebildiği, bu sürecin Gestalt teorisi ve Uyarıcı-Organizma-Tepki (S-O-R) çerçevesiyle açıklanabileceği tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda çalışma, teknoloji destekli uyaranların tüketici tepkilerine dönüşümünü açıklayan bütüncül bir teorik model önermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, dijital gastronomi alanındaki gelecek araştırmalar için kavramsal bir temel oluştururken, restoran işletmecilerine deneyim yönetimi konusunda önemli katkılar sunmaktadır.
