Aile Tatillerinde Anne Olmak: Yoğun Annelik İdeolojisi Kapsamında Zihinsel Yükün Tatildeki İzlerinin Belirlenmesi (Being a Mother on Family Vacations: Identifying Traces of Mental Burden on Vacation within the Framework of the Intensive Motherhood Ideology)

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, aile tatillerinin anneler açısından nasıl deneyimlendiğini incelemek ve bu deneyimin yoğun annelik ideolojisi ile zihinsel yük bağlamında hangi bilişsel, duygusal ve örgütsel süreçler tarafından şekillendirildiğini ortaya koymaktır. Nitel desende yürütülen araştırmada, 2025 yılı içerisinde aileleriyle tatile çıkan 28 anneyle yapılan derinlemesine görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Analizler, annelerin tatil deneyimlerinin beş aşamalı döngüsel bir yapı sergilediğini göstermiştir: tatilin anlamlandırılması, tatil öncesi planlama yükü, tatil sırasında bakım emeğinin sürekliliği, destek ve hizmet mekanizmalarının deneyimi dönüştürücü rolü ve tatil sonrasında gündelik yüklenmenin yeniden artması. Bulgular, aile tatillerinin anneler için çoğu zaman dinlenme fırsatından çok, zihinsel ve duygusal yükün farklı biçimlerde yeniden üretildiği bir süreç olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışma, yoğun annelik, zihinsel yük ve turizm hizmet tasarımını bütüncül bir model içinde ele alarak literatüre kuramsal bir katkı sunmakta; aynı zamanda anne dostu tatil deneyimlerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik pratik öneriler sağlamaktadır.
