Öz

Günümüzde turizm sektörü, sadece ekonomik büyüme odaklı bir anlayışı değil, aynı zamanda çevresel ve sosyal sorumlulukları da içeren sürdürülebilir bir yaklaşımı benimsemektedir. Bu bağlamda, doğadan ilham alarak oluşturulan biyomimikri kavramı, turizm işletmeleri için yenilikçi ve sürdürülebilir çözümler sunmaktadır. Örgütsel biyomimikri ise, turizm işletmelerinin organizasyonel yapılarını ve iş süreçlerini doğadaki örneklerden esinlenerek optimize etmelerine odaklanmaktadır. Bu yaklaşım, hem işletmelerin sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine ulaşmalarını hem de turistler için daha etkileyici deneyimler sunmalarını sağlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda bu çalışma ile, biyomimikri kavramının turizm sektöründeki uygulanabilirliğini incelemek amacıyla teorik ve pratik bir çerçeve sunarak, turizm sektöründe biyomimikri uygulamalarının potansiyelini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
