Kahve Turizmine İlişkin Sistematik Bir Araştırma (A Systematic Research of Coffee Tourism)

Bu çalışmanın amacı kahve turizmiyle ilgili literatüre dair derinlemesine bir bilgi edinmek ve bu bilgileri sentezleyerek ilgili literatürün gelişimini ve eğilimini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, kahve turizmine ilişkin çalışmalar sistematik analiz yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. İnceleme aşamasında PRISMA modeli kullanılarak belirli dahil etme ve hariç tutma kriterleri baz alınmış ve kahve turizmiyle ilgili toplamda 18 adet çalışma analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın bulguları kahve turizmiyle ilgili çalışmaların ağırlıklı olarak arz yönünden ele alındığını ve nitel araştırma yaklaşımıyla yürütüldüğünü göstermektedir. Öte yandan, kahve turizmi konusunda Türkçe literatürde sistematik bir yaklaşım ile yürütülen bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır.
