Turizm Bağlamında Birleştirilmiş Teknoloji Kabul ve Kullanım Teorisi Üzerine Bir Doküman Analizi (A Document Analysis on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology in the Context of Tourism)

Birleştirilmiş Teknoloji Kabul ve Kullanım Teorisi (UTAUT) alanyazında teknoloji ile bağdaştırılan sekiz farklı teori ve modelin birleşimiyle ortaya konan bir teoriyi ifade etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, teknoloji kullanımı ve kabulünde UTAUT’un uluslararası turizm alan yazınında faaliyet göstermekte olan bilimsel dergilerdeki varlığını betimsel olarak doküman analizi yöntemiyle incelemektir. Verilerin analizi için Scopus, Science Direct, Taylor & Francis, Web of Science, Emerald Insight, Sage ve TR Dizin veri tabanlarında tarama yapılmıştır. Söz konusu veri tabanlarında teorinin ortaya atıldığı yıl olan 2003 senesinden itibaren 2021 yılına kadar turizm bağlamında yayınlanan makaleler incelenmiştir. Anahtar kelime olarak “Unified Technology Acceptance and Use Theory”, “Birleştirilmiş Teknoloji Kabul ve Kullanım Teorisi”, “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology”, “UTAUT”, “tourism” ve “turizm” seçilmiş ve bu kelimeler üzerinden makale taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada analizde elde edilen bulgulara yer verilip, sonuç kısmında teorinin turizm alan yazınındaki yeri ve önemi tartışılmıştır. Teoriye dayalı olarak yapılan çalışmaların, turistlerin çevrimiçi satın alma niyetini açıklamaya yönelik olduğu görülmektedir. Turizmde çevrimiçi satın alma niyetinin itici güçlerinden bazıları; Performans beklentisi, çaba beklentisi, hedonik motivasyon, kolaylaştırıcı koşullar olarak tespit edilmektedir.
