Abstract

This study was conducted performance analysis based on critical success factors for food
and beverage businesses. TripAdvisor registered businesses located in Fethiye was
selected for this research. Central , Çalış and Bluelagoon places were evaluated. After,
they compared in terms of their performance with each other. As a result Oludeniz was
found to have the highest levels of businesssuccess.
