Culinary Culture from Mesopotamia to the Present

Today, in many parts of the world, there are many societies as a social, cultural, economic,
and religion belief. Due to the differences mentioned in this community, different culinary
cultures from one another in the process formed. Lived in different geographies and
climates, many cultural civilization to examine the interaction of these communities who
have been in the cultural interaction has been the aim of the research. For this purpose,
where the first settlement was described chronology seen starting from Mesopotamia to
the present day. Then information provides relating to the development of international
cuisine still maintaining the assets. However, development of adventure in Anatolia
Turkish cuisine is also described. The final section of the study was cultural heritage of
the countries of the culinary culture of the not for lack of suggestions for the tourism
sector.
