Turizm Fakültelerindeki Bilgisayar Temelli Derslerin Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa ile Karşılaştırılması (A Comparison of Computer-Based Courses at Tourism Faculties in Turkey, United States and Europe)

This study aims to investigate the which are the computer-based courses in the curriculum (syllabus) content of the tourism programs in Turkey, the Unites States (USA) and the Europe, computer-based courses are located in the curriculum of tourism faculties in Turkey the differences between the best universities in the USA and the Europe of computer-based courses and to determine what the training outputs of these courses are. Research population consists of the all of the Tourism programs in Turkey, The USA and the Europe. The sample consist of 30 Tourism Faculties in Turkey, top 30 Tourism program in The USA and the Europe. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data qualitative methods research was used combining both comparative education and content analysis. Computer-based mandatory and elective courses were examined during the study and the results show that, the computer-based courses in Tourism Faculties in Turkey different from The United States and Europe, with regard to the variet and this study to provide new and updated computer-based course proposals have been developed.
