Tourists participating in tourism activities seek novel, extraordinary, and emotionally engaging experiences that differ from their everyday lives, and these expectations constitute the core product of the tourism industry. This study aims to examine whether tourists’ perceptions of memorable tourism experiences vary according to demographic characteristics. Within the scope of the research, survey data were collected from 569 domestic and international tourists participating in guided tours in the Cappadocia region. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, frequencies, and mean values. In order to identify differences based on demographic variables, independent samples t-tests and one-way ANOVA were employed. The findings reveal that tourists’ perceptions of memorable tourism experiences differ significantly according to demographic factors such as age, gender, and nationality. These results provide valuable insights for tourism organizations and destination management authorities, supporting more effective strategic planning and the development of experience-oriented tourism products.
