The aim of this study is to make a due diligence on the topics of interest in the field of food safety and the discourses on their place, role and importance in the food sector through the journals published on food safety.The data set of the research consists of studies in the Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety journal between 2014-2018, in which topics related to food safety are included in their titles and contents.In the study, bibliometric analysis was applied in order to reveal the development of the subjects studied intensively according to the years.With this study, the bibliometric profile of the articles published in the Journal of Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety was tried to be revealed in the context of food safety. As a result of the research, it was observed that subjects such as food safety and health, food safety in the production process, food safety in the food processing process, food safety in the agricultural production process and food packaging were emphasized in the Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety journal.Since the tourism sector is a labor-intensive sector, businesses need to give more importance to customer satisfaction and service quality.Up-to-date situation determinations can be made by updating the said years.
