İkinci Konut Sahiplerinin İkincil Konut Turizmine Yönelik Algılarının Belirlenmesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma (A Research on the Determination of Perceptions of Second Home Owners towards Secondary Housing Tourism)

In this study; It is aimed to determine the perceptions of second home owners in Edremit towards second home tourism and to determine what the reasons for their participation in secondary home tourism are. For this purpose, convenience sampling method was preferred and face-to-face survey technique was used. The data of the study were obtained from 413 participants between May and August 2021. According to the research results; The scale exhibited a structure consisting of 14 expressions and 4 dimensions. It was determined that the dimension that most explained the change in the scale was the "social value" dimension. It has been determined that the perceptions of secondary home tourism differ in all demographic characteristics. In addition, it was concluded that there was a strong positive correlation between the sub-dimensions of the scale.
